Returns

Navetta Farm and Floral does not offer refunds or returns on dahlia tubers or other live plant material. We are not responsible for poor storage or growing techniques.  

Disease Policy

All plant matter risks plant disease. I use standard sanitation practices in my field including beneficial insects to limit disease transmission, culling any plants that aren't growing well or show signs of virus or bacterial disease, and consistent tool sanitation. If you receive a tuber that is in poor condition (rotted, broken neck, signs of gall) please alert me within 7 days of receiving tuber. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. If you received the wrong item, please contact with in 7 days for a replacement. 

No returns, no exceptions. All sales are final.
